As a sales professional in the medical industry, I consistently achieved sales objectives, won multiple President’s Club, Masters, and top sales person awards and built long-standing relationships with customers. I’ve learned valuable skills from some outstanding sales professionals, mentors, and various sales training programs throughout my career.

My senior executive roles broadened my knowledge base to include sales and marketing management, business development, and strategy. I’ve developed sales and marketing teams who achieved sales growth and results - with companies such as Notal Vision, an Israeli based start-up who introduced the first home-based monitoring system for patients with age-related macular degeneration and EMS, an ophthalmic equipment distributor who grew rapidly and was ultimately acquired.

Consistent results come from a consistent process, doing the right things right, learning from mistakes, and learning from others. The foundation of my success can be attributed to my GO Factors for a High Performing Sales & Marketing Team and my Consultative Customer Based Selling process.

My passion now is to help other small business owners and entrepreneurs achieve their goals by providing sales and marketing management and consulting services.

My leadership experiences include management of field sales and inside sales, direct and independent representatives, and distributor networks. I’ve worked with numerous international companies and offer valuable experience for international companies looking to establish or grow their U.S. business.
